The National Federation of Caisses d’Epargne (FNCE in French) represents a network of 17 French Regional Saving Banks. This Good Practice analyses the program Parcours Confiance, which aims at facilitating access to finance for vulnerable groups in close partnership with social support or organisations providing business development services. This is a good example of savings banks using microcredit as a way of downscaling and offering microcredits on their own instead of through a partnership with MFIs.
