Women entrepreneurs often face different challenges while pursuing their entrepreneurial journey. For this reason, in partnership with the WEP- Women Entrepreneurship Platform, the European Microfinance Network will host 'Microfinance 1.01 for Women Entrepreneurs', a webinar designed to discover how microfinance can unlock opportunities and support women entrepreneurs.

Speakers
Karla Estrada
As project manager and trainer mentor, currently working at Fundación Nantik Lum, boasts over 6 years of dedicated experience in economic and social development. Her background includes significant contributions to diaspora mapping projects where she provided expert insights into the socioeconomic landscapes of Latin American. In Spain, she specialized in International Cooperation Development, leading social action projects aimed at assisting vulnerable populations gain access to financial resources and the labor market. Karla's expertise also encompasses coordinating Erasmus+ projects and contributing to programs such as CREA, aimed to enhance the lives of migrant women entrepreneurs.
Olivia Van den Bogaert
Olivia has worked at Microstart for almost 8 years, first as a microcredit advisor and then as Head of Partnerships. She also coordinates a project to reduce barriers to entrepreneurship for people born outside the EU, a project she is particularly passionate about. Olivia is passionate about microfinance because it combines entrepreneurship, inclusion and social impact.
