Partner is a microcredit foundation with 56 offices throughout 110 municipalities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In a scenario where formal financial institutions considered youth clients to be too risky, in 2009, the institution launched a project that offers this target group loans together with financial literacy training. The aim is to obtain improved business profits and practices, empower the youth and a support the stable growth of microbusinesses. Furthermore, the document highlights the role of partnerships in the offer of business education and the randomized control trial used to assess the impact of the project.
