Partner is a microcredit organization in Bosnia and Herzegovina with 57 offices in the local market providing microloans to clients from rural areas. The Rural Employment Generation Activity (REGA) program presented in this Good Practice aims to provide technical assistance in accordance with the needs of soft fruit producers. Furthermore, it created a new loan product "Fruity loan," which is a commodity loan that applies delivery of tested seedlings and water irrigation systems. It also looks at the development of market linkages that ensure products have a final market, one of the major strengths of the project.
