First Enterprise Business Agency (FEBA) is a non-profit organisation that helps people from disadvantaged communities in the region of the East Midlands, United Kingdom, to create and sustain economic advantage through self-employment. This Good Practice analyses the FEBA Ethnic Minority Business Awards, which specifically recognise achievement in firms run by ethnic minorities with prizes awarded across various categories. The project aims to highlight the achievements of this target group, which rarely receives any recognition for their work and economic contributions.
