Founded in Brussels in 2001, FEBEA is the European Federation of Ethical and Alternative Banks and Financiers: it brings together 26 banks and financial institutions from 14 European countries with the aim of developing ethical and social finance in Europe.
The Conference “ETHICAL FINANCE & IMPACT ENTREPRENEURSHIP - Leveraging community potential towards sustainability” wants to open a debate on how ethical finance actors, impact entrepreneurs and local communities can collaborate to promote sustainable development and social innovation. The conference will also showcase successful experiences around Europe.
This year it is co-organised with the EMN member Cooperative Bank of Karditsa, the first Greek member of the Federation, and is scheduled on May 30th at the Greek Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Athens, Greece.
