Qredits has a special position in the Dutch financial market. As a non-profit social enterprise they are not just social in the way they treat their (prospective) customers, but they also have a tremendous social impact. Their impact on society is measured annually by analysing customer data collected through questionnaires. These questionnaires and the complete social performance rating model are developed in close collaboration with SEO Economic Research Amsterdam. The model examines and reports on the following indicators: income, job creation, economic return and social yield are examined.
