This Good Practice, a project of personal and enterprise microcredit in the Pistoia Province, is presented by Un Raggio di Luce Foundation from Italy. It looks at the partnering structure between a large number of institutional partners used to offer personal and microenterprise loans and financial support to people who are vulnerable or facing financial problems. The innovativeness of the project relies on a “holistic system approach” allowing several institutions to work together towards a common objective while achieving efficiency and results.
