The II National Microfinance Meeting was titled The New Spanish Microfinance Legislation. Experts both from the European Microfinance Network (EMN) and from European Institutions, such as the European Social Fund (ESF) and the European Investment Fund (EIF) attended the meeting. The objective of the meeting was to get to know experiences in other countries which could serve as a lesson for the development of the Spanish microfinance legislation This Monograph of the Spanish Legislation Forum compiles the work developed during these days.
