This Good Practice develops on the complex, Internet-based system to support MFIs and facilitate enterprise promotion and was implemented through cooperation between Fejér Enterprise Agency and Credinfo Ltd. It explains the offering of a high-quality IT management system for online loan applications and loan assessment, advanced back office system, related e-learning module and training material. The good practice was first introduced in Hungary, and then later in Norway, Spain and Italy.
