Sharing expertise and experiences is essential to support microfinance institutions and to strengthen the sector. This is why EMN has been actively involved in the organisation and promotion of Peer-to-peer visits among its members.

On 4-6 March, EMN members, FAER (Romania) and ADIE (France) had the chance to meet at ADIE's HQ in Paris; here some takeaways from FAER Team:

Peer to peer meetings help us exchange not only know-how, but also brainstorm and inspire ideas that could be applied universally in the world of financing vulnerable population groups, as well as have a better understanding on the financing needs of the general population in order to have a better social and environmental impact.
