SIFTA WEBINAR on European Projects and Consortia Building

Event Webinar

Join us on 20th of November to learn about The European Union and other funding mechanisms practice who frequently prioritize cross-border cooperation and integration, a focus that influences the design and management of European projects. These initiatives are typically implemented through transnational partnerships, involving organizations from various countries and sectors forming consortia to pursue shared objectives within specific timeframes. While this collaborative approach appears promising, navigating the available funding for European projects can be complex and overwhelming. This webinar targets microfinance practitioners and anyone who wants to learn about the ecosystem of European projects.

Our speaker, Giulia Parola, Giulia currently works as a Project Lead at the European Center for Social Finance at Munich Business School and pursuing a Postdoctoral research project on workplace wellbeing and she volunteers in the youth employment strand of the EAWOP Impact Incubator. Giulia recently published her first book titled "Collaborating in European Projects: "Many Hands (Don't Always) Make Light Work". Her research has made significant contributions to career development literature, redefining career helpers as change agents who leverage emotions to support Young People Not in Employment, Education or Training (NEET) in navigating increasingly complex career environments.
