The Croatian Ministry of Demography, Family, Youth and Social Policy is accepting proposals under the European Social Fund to support social inclusion and employment of marginalised groups. The overall objective is to support projects that will increase employment opportunities, reduce the risk of social exclusion for marginalised groups, including people under international protection, and improve the quality of work with marginalised groups.
Specific objectives
- To enable further professional orientation and prequalification of marginalised groups through educational and vocational programmes for adults
- To empower and develop soft and transferable skills for marginalised groups (including refugees)
- To foster an individualised approach in mentoring services for beneficiaries and work on their social inclusion
- To strengthen the capacities of professionals from different sectors to improve services related to access to the labour market
The total amount available under this call is around €13 million. The call is open to the following eligible applicants: local self-government units, regional self-government units, non-profit organisations and civil society organisations.
