EaSI Technical Assistance webinar - Microcredit regulation: main trends and implications for MFIs in Europe

This webinar focused on microcredit regulation across Europe. It provided an overview of the different legal contexts within which non-bank MFIs are allowed to operate in their respective markets and will highlight their main similarities & differences. A special focus was placed on how the different legislative approaches affect MFIs and their clients based on the practical experience of a practitioner with international exposure to different regulatory frameworks. The two experts who delivered this session are:
