This 1-day workshop has been proposed for selected Microfinance Institutions from Europe who are looking to embrace technology in order to address key strategic organisational challenges and opportunities. 

At the core of the workshop will stand the questions: what is the strategic vision for your organisation, and how is this vision supported or influenced by technology? How digital do you want to become?

The latest digitalisation research from EMN & MFC will be shared and discussed and participants will hear the first-hand digitalisation journeys and lessons learnt of specialists from Qredits and microStart.

Further to this, we will use the workshop to mobilise practitioners that are willing to invest themselves into peer-learning groups that might get to meet each other at a number of touchpoints throughout the year.

The intended audience is senior staff involved in operations, strategy, IT & Innovation or similar.
